It’s up to you whether you fill out your new patient paperwork online ahead of time or at the office before your first visit. If you plan to use insurance, make sure you have your insurance information on hand. Feel free to wear whatever you like.
Your First Appointment
We take care of the entire onboarding process in one visit so you don’t have to wait to start feeling better. When you come in the door, you’ll be greeted by our caring office manager before going back to sit down with Dr. Devin Colburn for your consultation.
He’ll take some time to talk with you about your needs and health goals. We use this visit to collect all the information we need to determine the best steps to get you where you want to be. In addition to a thorough examination, Dr. Devin Colburn may also do some X-rays here at the office if we need a fuller picture.
Customized Care to Fit Your Needs
Once we have a good idea of what’s going on and how we can best help you, we’ll talk with you about your diagnosis. We will also go over the personalized plan of care we recommend. We’ll make sure to answer any questions so you understand our approach and feel comfortable starting care.
Making Office Visits Easy
During that same visit, we’ll provide your first adjustments, followed by special therapies curated to your needs. Our office manager will discuss finances with you so you understand your pricing options.
We offer reasonable rates. We accept insurance, Medicare, HSAs, and all major credit cards.
This visit will last 45-60 minutes.
